She takes a holistic and individual approach to each patient. Her treatment philosophy focuses on identifying the root cause of a patient’s problem in order to achieve faster and longer-lasting results.

Her initial assessment focuses on accurate diagnosis through the analysis of faulty movement and postural patterns to identify the root cause of pain. This is followed by effective treatment and management strategies combining soft tissue therapy, manual therapy, and bespoke exercise programmes, aimed at restoring strength, control, and flexibility.
